Request for proposals are invited for Audit Firm to Verification ISAF II Project

Technical Proposal containing:

· Confirmation the Firm-s understanding the Terms Reference its capacity capability deliver the ToR. (half page)

· The Audit methodology/approach, plan timelines undertaking completing assignment, deliverables. (up 2 pages)

· Profile the audit firm.

· Evidence a member a national accounting auditing body member the International Federation Accountants (IFAC).

· Certificate Registration Accounting Auditing Regulator (ACAR) a plus

· VAT registration certificate

· The CVs the key staff proposed do assignment.

· Appropriate references demonstrate experience specified the ToR
