Tender Details

The automatic ticketing (AT) enables customers to travel with public transport without buying a ticket beforehand. Instead, the prices are calculated subsequently on the basis of the travels recorded and invoiced to the customer. In 2019, SBB introduced automatic ticketing in the SBB Mobile app under the name “Easyride”. Since then it has been the channel with the greatest sales growth. The SBB has set itself the goal of continuing to promote Easyride and expects high growth figures. In 2022, the number of trips doubled compared to the previous year. At the present time, around 80, 000 trips per day and approx. 380, 000 customers are handled over this channel per month. The SBB assumes that the paragraph will double at least once again by 2030. The complete procurement object can be removed from the tender documents.
