The objective of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements for consultancy services within project and methodology consultancy services. The group has implemented approx. 70 construction projects per annum and Avinor has seen a need to increase both quality and professionalisation in planning and implementing them. In order to achieve this, Avinor would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 3 tenderers. The estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 20, 000, 000 excluding VAT.
