The purpose of the procurement is to conclude parallel framework agreements for the purchase of consultancy services within project and method consultancy. In the group, approximately 70 construction projects are carried out per year, and Avinor has seen a need to increase both quality and professionalism in planning and implementationof these. To achieve this, Avinor wishes to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 3 suppliers. The framework agreement's estimated value is NOK 20, 000, 000 excl. VAT.
