The general objectives is the achievement of an agro-parc with an area of 200 ha in Bancoumana, the intervention area is known and delimited. To this end, an action plan for resettlement is prepared to: identify, in a very precise way, the people affected by the project (PAP) as well as the nature, the extent and the value of the losses they undergo by The fact of the construction of the agro-pace of Bancoumananis to offer fair and equitable compensation measures, and incidentally additional conditions for improving the quality of life of said PAPs.
