The municipality of Krems in Carinthia (as a local authority or a yet to be founded municipal company of the municipality of Krems in Carinthia) intends to order transport services from the owner of the immediately adjacent motor vehicle lines, namely Kaernten Bus GmbH, namely: two (new) motor vehicleshr lines between (a) Kremsbruecke and Innerkrems and (b) Gmuend and Trebesing as well as occasional traffic with predominantly school transport between (c) Eisentratten and Innernoering, (d) Eisentratten and Sonnberg/Heitzelsberg, (e) Kremsbruecke and Kremsberg, (f) Rennweg and Wirnsberg and between(g) Rennweg and Frankenberg.
The order is made on the basis of a public service contract within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 on public transport services in the form of a service concession contract.
Main target group: commuters and school children who commute for the daylive in the municipality of Krems and parts of neighboring municipalities in the area subject to the award; In addition, tourist guests should also be served through seasonal expansions. Minimum operating standards in student transport are a travel option in the direction of the respective school recearly in the morning as well as two to three travel options from the school location towards the residential locations at lunchtime and/or in the afternoon with departure times tailored to your needs.
