This involves the procurement and implementation of four intelligent mailbox systems in various WDR buildings in downtown Cologne with the aim of optimizing WDR's internal postal processes. The overall system includes the implementation of the mailbox systems including hardware, psystem control and software solutions that are specifically adapted to the requirements of the WDR using customizing expertise for all process steps from shipment recording and routing to delivery, including statistical functions. The implementation period is project start May 2024 and projectsscheduled for April 2026 at the latest.
