The purpose of the present procedure is to conclude a Framework Agreement, which does not specify all the conditions for awarding contracts for public procurement for the needs of the Municipality of Dobrich, including the following specific positions:

Specific position No. 1 "Investment design of buildings andfacilities for the needs of the city of Dobrich" - the scope of the specific position includes development of investment projects in various phases of the design, namely conceptual, technical and working projects related to sites/constructions for construction and/or rehabilitation, and/or reconstruction, and/or mainrepair of buildings and/or facilities for public services according to Appendix No. 2, items 1/9 to Ordinance No. 1 of July 30, 2003 on the nomenclature of construction types and sites/constructions for construction and/or rehabilitation, and/or reconstruction, and/or major repair of residential buildings, as follows: Residential cbreasts; Public service buildings in the field of education; Public service buildings in the field of culture; Public service buildings in the field of religion; Administrative buildings; Sports buildings; Public service buildings in the field of healthcare and social activities; Societybut serving buildings in the field of transport, warehouses, etc.; as well as cultural monuments, buildings in industrial zones; including drawing up a scheme/project for the installation and installation of a system for the production of hydrogen and/or hydrogen and oxygen for addition to the combustion process of a combustion plant n...
