The Federal Office of Construction and Logistics (Ofcl) makes buildings and workstations available to staff of the Federal Civil Administration. The maintenance and preservation of buildings belonging to the Confederation are its responsibility. The Present Call of Offres Concerns the maintenance cleaning and specialized cleaning of the building located on the Liebefeld campus, in accordance with the terms indicated in the description of the services and in calculation of the costs. The contract will be awarded for a period of four years, the adjudicator having the possibility ofextend the contract by one year.
