As a representative of the owner of the Swiss Confederation, the Federal Office for Construction and Logistics (OFCL) manages a large part of the real estate portfolio used by the Federal Customs and Interior Safety Office (OFDF). The management of the portfolio for general operating services was entrusted to an external service provider from 01.01.2021 to today. These services will be outsourced again. The call for tenders for full operating services takes place in 4 regional lots.
