The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), intends to apply the sum of EIGHTEEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED PESOS & 71/100 (PHP18, 784, 300.71) ONLY, through the PGH Fund 101, inclusive of all taxes, such as, but not limited to, value added tax (VAT), income tax, local taxes, and other fiscal levies, being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATIONN OF PARTS FOR REPAIR OF ExISTING RADIOGRAPHY AND RADIO-FLUOROSCOPY MACHINES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF RADIOLOGY, PHILIPPINE GENERAL HOSPITAL, under Project Reference No. BAC-2024-12-1168.
