2.1 Project Title of the Acquisition: Baggage Reconciliation System (BRS)
2.2 Subject and Scope of the Contract: Airport Zurich AG (FZAG) operates a luggage balance system (Baggage Reconciliation System, BRS). This system ensures that all passenger luggage pieces are authorized to be loaded onto an airplane and ensures that no piece of luggage travels without the associated passenger. The current BRS solution has reached the end of its life cycle and must be replaced by a sustainable software solution by January 1, 2026 that meets the requirements of FZAG.
