The Bahamas Agricultural Health and Food Safety Authority (BAHFSA), serves as the regulatory body providing a more efficient, effective, transparent, and coordinated administration of matters dealing with Food Safety, Animal, and Plant Health in The Bahamas. To facilitate its operations a website with particular functionalities is needed for BAHFSA to meet international standards and fulfil its legislative mandate.BAHFSA must ensure that it has a website that can inform the public on all pertinent Sanitary and Phytosanitary issues related to The Bahamas, facilitate access to the various services that BAHFSA offers, and provide a means of communication from the public to BAHFSA. Currently, BAHFSA has a website https://bahfsabahamas.com/ that serves some of these purposes, but BAHFSA is starting a rebranding project as well as other projects that will enhance its operations. Thus, a website redesign that meets the new needs of BAHFSA is required. Further details are found in the addendum RFP document attached.
