Description:

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the provision of ballistic blankets, to the Identified Users across Canada, including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs).

The period of the Standing Offer will be for a period of two (2) years with two (2), one (1) year optional periods.

All the deliverables must be received on or before 90 days of issuance of the call up.

This Procurement is subject to the following CLCAs:

The Council for 1) Yukon Indians Umbrella Final Agreement and the 2) Tlicho Agreement

The Council for Yukon Indians Umbrella Final Agreement includes the following CLCAs:

•First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun Final Agreement

•Champagne and Aishihik First Nations Final Agreement

•Teslin Tlingit Council Final Agreement

•Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation Final Agreement

•Selkirk First Nation Final Agreement

•Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nations Final Agreement

•Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in Final Agreement

•Ta'an Kwach'an Council Final Agreement

•Kluane First Nation Final Agreement

Basis of selection: Highest Combined Rating of Socio-Economic Merit (10%) and Price (90%)
