Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must be registered on e-GP Portal with a valid trade license, TIN Certificate.2. Tenderer must submit similar nature work certificate, annual construction turnovercertificate and liquid assets certificate 3. Payment will be made after availability of fund. 4.Any individual Tender/Bangladeshi Tenderer(s)/firm(s) who fulfill the qualification(s) criteriastipulated in the Tender Document PPA-2006 and PPR-2008. 5. Tenderer must submit lineof credit certificate in PW3-7 prescribed format which is to be uploaded in section8.Strictly, Credit commitment(s) substantiated by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in thespecified format (PW3-7) without alteration, issued not earlier than the dayof the publishing date of the tender will be accepted. The format alsouploaded at Section 8 of the Tender Document of this tender. 6. All theinformation, clarification and documents submitted by the tenderer must comply withdeclaration given. 7. Tenderer shall own or have proven access to hire or lease of themajor construction equpments, in full working order (required documents must besubmitted).8.
