Description : The Government of Barbados (GOB) through its executing agency the Barbados Water Authority (BWA), now requests Expressions of Interests from companies interested in providing consulting services to produce designs and provide construction supervision services, for the replacement of potable water mains and upgrade of equipment at the Bridgetown Sewage Treatment Plants and three pumping facilities of the BWA.
Specific areas of work include the production of designs, specifications, and tender documents, as well as contract administration and construction supervision of works for:
a.the replacement of 16 Km of potable water mains to be carried out by a contracting firm. Services shall include the preparation of Bill of Quantities and material lists for procurement of pipes and fittings.
b.the upgrade of equipment at the Bridgetown Wastewater Treatment Plant and;
c.the installation of gantry cranes at three pumping station facilities for the Barbados Water Authority (BWA)
