This is a Request For Quotation (RFQ) for commercial Services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and is being conducted according to FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is the intention of the Government to award a single Fixed Price Contract from this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) North East Area (NEA) issues this Request for Quotes (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 202405.
