Description : BCIT Tall Timber Student Housing is a new student housing building located at British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) Burnaby Campus. The project is a 12 storey building with one level of parking below grade and an outdoor occupied roof deck on the parkade. There are 469 bedrooms configured in 41 to 44 bedrooms per floor. The bedrooms are designed to stack vertically, and are based on a 3.5m structural grid. This request for proposals is for the Prefabricated Modular Enclosure (PME) design assist, supply and installation of the superstructure.
