Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, on behalf of the Project Lead for Joint Ammunition and Weapon Systems, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ is issuing a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) W519TC-24-R-0002 for the BDU-50 D/B CDI Practice Bombs with MHU-149/E Pallet (NSN:1325-01-607-6844) or MHU-122/E Pallet (NSN: 1325-01-607-6840) restricted to the United States or its outlying areas as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(3) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-3.
The U.S. Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP), five-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the Offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the U.S. Government, nonprice and price factors considered IAW RFP W519TC-24-R-0002.

TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGES: The Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with the BDU-50 D/B CDI Practice Bombs is classified as Distribution D, limited distribution authorized to the Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. DoD Contractors Only.
