Description
I) INTRODUCTION
This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written Solicitation will not be issued.
The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has issued Solicitation W15QKN-24-R-0087, in support of the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division (DACID), to procure Berla iVe Automobile Forensic License Support (see attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Clauses/Provisions for specifics).
ACC-NJ intends on awarding this requirement on a Sole Source basis to Berla Corporation (Annapolis, MD) the only source currently capable of fulfilling this requirement (see attached Redacted Limited Source Justification), under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 513210 - Software Publishers; Size Standard $47M.
The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract. The Government intends to award this Solicitation without discussions. The Government reserves the right to make no award under this Solicitation.
II) INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS (FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition)
The quote shall be submitted via email to both the Contract Specialist at joseph.m.haslach.civ@army.mil and the Contracting Officer at timothy.r.batko.civ@army.mil no later than 9AM Eastern Standard Time on 19 August 2024.
2. The quote shall include the following information:
