Tucson Unified School District is seeking to enter into a contract with a food service distributor(s) to provide beverages and snack foods to TUSD Food Services. This bid may be awarded to a single vendor or by category, whichever is in the best interest of the District. It is the intent of the District to award a multi-term contract, beginning July 1, 2024, and continuing for a period of one year, through June 30, 2025. If all conditions are met during this period, this contract can be extended, if funding is available, for up to 1 (one) additional one-year contracts or any portion there. However, no contract exists unless and until a purchase order is issued each fiscal year.
