The order includes the factory repair of the pressure accumulator, hydraulic system of the MBT Leopard 2 system and family. When submitting the offer, the bidders must take into account that the information on the respective subject lots are only estimated requirements derived from past valuescontain any additional requirements that may arise. The actual orders placed during the contract term may differ with regard to the required quantities of the respective supply numbers contained in a specialist lot. The upper limit for the respective order is in each Fall the total quantity summarized in the relevant compartment lot. An obligation of the client to place individual orders is not established by this contract. The contract term begins with the award of the contract and ends on December 31, 2026. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and BunTherefore, regardless of the legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated through a special right of termination. Furthermore, the client reserves the right to optionally extend the framework agreement until December 31, 2027.
