The RLG is tendering a service contract for the operation of a bicycle rental system in the Soest district.
Bicycle rental system in the Soest district
The contractor will offer a station-based bicycle rental system in its own name at the locations specified by the RLG, which can be used by private individuals andCompany can be used after registration via the contractor's app. The bicycle rental system is operated by the contractor on behalf of RLG, but not in its name. Contracts with end customers are concluded exclusively with the contractor. The goal is as HeIn addition to public transport, the system should be offered especially for the so-called "first and last mile". The service contract to be concluded should not create a partnership between the parties (§§ 705 ff. BGB). The earliest start of service for the bicycle rental system is May 1st, 2025, the latestThe start of services is August 1st, 2025.
