Tender Details

Description : The Contractor agrees to provide the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Regulation and Policy Management Branch (RPMB) with resources to remediate and ensure documents comply with accessibility standards specified in Section 508 of the Rehabilitative Act of 1973, Government Code (GC) Sections 7405, 11135, 115465.7, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 or a subsequent version, published by the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium at a minimum of Conformance Level AA. The work includes the remediation of the documents provided by CDCR to meet the Federal and State requirements. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and tools, and every other item of expense necessary to perform the necessary services. Services shall be provided on an as-needed basis, to be determined by CDCR. All requests shall be made by CDCR staff in writing by either email, hand delivery, or mailed by prepaid first-class postage.
