It concerns the reconstruction of communal spaces of the Municipality of Chaidari, which are listed in the Table below. With the proposed project, the general aim and goal is the functional and aesthetic regeneration of the communal spaces, the increase of the existing greenery and the placement of cold materials, inaccording to the principles of bioclimatic design. The current situation of the spaces to be intervened is as follows: 1.1. Squares - Shared spaces: There is an obvious lack of modern infrastructure and greenery. . 1.2 Reconstruction of streets: The main objective is the reconstruction of streets after their pavementsshowing wear and tear 1.3. Sidewalks: They do not have a modern design. It is difficult for the residents to move in them, and there is - almost completely - the possibility of A.M.E.A.
