Description : A)Purpose and Description of ServicesContractor agrees to provide preventative maintenance, certification, repair, parts and calibration for biomedical equipment as scheduled by the Project Representative. See Exhibit A Scope of Work for the description of required services. Exhibit E, Inventory List is also included in the IFB. The terms of this Agreement will be August 1, 2024 (or when fully executed) through June 30, 2027. B)Bidder Minimum Qualifications1)No bidder may bid on work of any kind that the bidder is not properly licensed to perform. Any such bid received will be disqualified. Copies of all licenses must be included with the Bid documents.2)Bidder must have training certificates in Biomedical Engineering including but not limited to ISO 13485 training. Bidder must send copies of all technician¿s training certificates with their bid.3)Bidder must have a minimum of 3 years¿ experience in maintenance, repairs, certification, and calibration of hospital bio-medical equipment.
