Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL 33744 has a need to purchase Black Belt Surgical Instrument Set, (Brand Name or Equal), as listed on Attachment 1 (Statement of Need). The RFQ # is 36C24825Q0434. This solicitation RFQ, and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-02 (01-03-2025). The solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 339112; the size standard is 1, 000 Employees. Note, interested SDVOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in sba.gov to be considered for Award.
