The quality assurance services are assigned to service components A and B and the individual service levels of the project planning and construction execution processet to enable gradual provision of services and also commissioning. Service component A consists of an inventory analysis and cost calculation. Based on the inventory analysis and the defined user target, a functional service description (FLB) must be created and the VTo provide technical support for the resulting process, this service is defined under service component B. The subsequent technical quality assurance (also service component B) relates to the overall planning (property planning, specialist planning for technical equipment, supporting structure, fire protection, building physics, acoustics/sound insulation, laboratory planning, outdoor facilities, BNB coordination, commissioning management, etc.) of all service phases according to HOAI including the construction of the TU and the external parties additionally commissioned by the client.
