Award Basis - Price and Other FactorsTechnical Capability- please provide a response data sheet/estimate showing how your products and installation services meet specificationsPast experience- please provide a short description or list of your experience with outfitting emergency response vehiclesTechnical responses will be rated on a basis of does not meet, meets or exceeds requirements of the SOW.Past Performance- Government shall utilize information obtained from the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (CPARS), Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) when evaluating the offeror's past performance. If sufficient past performance information is not available, vendor may be asked to provide contact information for past performance references.
