BLM-CO Southwest District (SWD) JanitorialThis is a pre-solicitation synopsis for janitorial services at our SWD Facilities in Montrose, CO. No bids, quotations or proposals are being accepted at this time. Please read the full announcement and information provided below. The full solicitation is planned to be posted the last week of January with a solicitation response due the end of February. The evaluation resulting award will be issued in early March with a desired start date for services on 1 April 2024. Please monitor this site and follow the solicitation for announcements and changes.Pre-bid Site Visit: A hosted pre-bid site visit has been scheduled for Feb 6, 2024 at 09:00 and 13:00. You may plan to attend either one. Please RSVP to the Contract Specialist Amy Bondy - abondy@blm.gov and Contracting Officer Robert Hall - rhall@blm.gov if you plan to attend and to which time. A back up meeting has been scheduled for the following week, but is for a weather cancellation only. If you miss the first one, there will be no additional site visits.
