Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (erfq) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With One Or More Qualified Suppliers Who Will Provide Service For Blood/ Urine Collection Kits For Georgia Bureau Of Investigation (hereinafter, The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfq. The State Entity Is Requesting Quotes To Receive Bids For A Contract For Blood And Urine Collection Kits. Bidders Must Submit A Sample Kits Before Award. Samples Will Be Submitted At Not Additional Expense To The State. Samples Will Be New Current Production Items At The Time Of The Bid. Samples Delivered With Previous Bids Will Not Satisfy This Requirement. Samples Should Be Properly Identified With The Bidder's Name, Bid Number, Manufacturer Or Brand Name And Shall Be Properly Identified With A Catalog. Samples Will Not Be Returned.
