Affaersverken wishes to build a new boiler center for wood chip burning at the site at the decommissioned treatment plant at Tjurkoe. The plant must consist of two chip boilers with an output of 500kW each and must be able to supply a smaller district heating network with heat. The technical equipment and building for boilers are auctioned pabout a unit. Earthworks and adjacent casting works are auctioned separately. The facility is planned to deliver heat during the fourth quarter of 2024. Chip logistics will be carried out with containers with a volume of 40 kbm.
