This notice is for the purpose of identifying parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for: Semi annual Boiler Plant Safety Testing and Inspection/Calibration & Combustion Reset at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center, in Canandaigua NY. The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, parts, materials, tools, and transportation necessary to perform Annual Boiler Plant Safety Testing and Inspection as well as Semi-annual Calibration and Combustion Reset on 3) Keeler Water Tube Boilers, (13) Invensys-Foxboro IDP10-A22B01F-MI Analog Steam Flowmeters.The performance period shall be for a base period plus four (4) option periods. Services are needed to commence April 1, 2025.The procurement will be conducted under FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. and the size standard is $13 million. There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
