The National Irrigation Administration - Ilocos Norte Irrigation Management Office, through the CY 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Six Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Sixty PESOS & 17/100 (Php 15, 659, 560.17) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Bonga Pump # 3 PIS; Conversion of Electric Powered to Solar Powered Pump; Repair of PIS Fund; CY 2024 with Contract No. INIMO- 2023-11-080. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
