The Boone County Fisal Court is receiving Bids for the replacement of wood guardrails for up to seven (7) bridges in Boone County.Each bidder is required to submit with their bid, a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, or certified check equal in amount to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish surety bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount as further specified in the Supplemental General Conditions.
