Description
This procurement is a one-time award for 1 each MJF Manufacturing P/N MJ1-VFD-TRI-15HP-CNSTPSI custom triplex control panel, BRAND NAME or EQUAL and is set-aside for small business under NAICS 423830, with a size standard of 500 employees. Award will be made using the evaluation criteria of the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) with delivery FOB Destination to the customer located in San Diego, CA, 92136. Full address will be provided upon award.
The successful offeror must provide an item that meets the following minimum requirements/characteristics:
Must be able to control three pumps with 15 HP 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz motors
Panel must panel include 3 VFDs to control the pumps to deliver a constant output pressure with a door mounted keypad and monitor to change parameters.
Panel must include all the below components except the pressure transducers (to be installed in the field by others).
NEMA 3R industrial UL listed control panel (47x24x14), locking latch, wall mount. includes 3 VFDs, door mounted keypad, pump power circuits & control circuit, all necessary circuit protection, enclosure fan, filters, grills & thermostat, pump/panel equipment tag with project specific information. Pump starts and stops based on demand / pressure activation.
