The system will be delivered to the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, located in Philadelphia, PA 19104.Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Department of Veterans Affairs Medical CenterVisual Communications Package Blanket Purchase Agreement Performance Work Statement BACKGROUND The VA Medical Center has an on-going need to upgrade and maintain the signage and wayfinding system. The project is crucial to the user s experience at the facility, code compliance and to ensure Veterans, their families and personnel can quickly and easily navigate the facility. The Medical Center will have future needs for additions, changes, and updates to the system to keep it current and accurate with the evolving nature of the VA Medical Center. Because of the recurring nature of the work and the need to ensure an integrated and similar design throughout a multiple year period, the VA is seeking to establish a GSA Schedule Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a highly qualified vendor.
