Description

The Government is contemplating the purchase of Brand Name HireVue interviewing software. Please see the attached Product Description (PD) for details.

The Indianapolis VA Medical Center (VAMC) has a requirement for a human resources interview platform that utilizes performance-based interviewing capabilities and emotional intelligence with rating and ranking of candidates for the hiring managers in support of the recruiting and hiring program. The software shall provide an on-demand and live interview of applicants. The on-demand interviews will take place virtually across the United States. Interviews shall be built, conducted, and stored within an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Gov Cloud FedRAMP L4 environment.

The contractor shall be Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) authorized. FedRAMP is a government-wide program that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services. This approach uses a “do once, use many times” framework that saves cost, time, and staff required to conduct redundant Agency security assessments. FedRAMP is mandatory for federal agency cloud deployments and service models at the low, moderate, and high-risk impact levels.
