STATEMENT OF NEEDLebanon VA Medical CenterTitle of Project: V.A.C Ulta Therapy UnitsBackground:The Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC) has a requirement for six (6) 3M Medical Solutions V.A.C Therapy Systems. The 3M V.A.C. Ulta Therapy Unit is the current model therapy system being utilized throughout the Operating Rooms. The V.A.C. Therapy System is required to maintain consistency with staff and provider operation, proficiency, and training, as the LVAMC currently uses these devices for their procedures. The V.A.C. Ulta Therapy Units effectively heals wounds by promoting granulation tissue formation while providing a closed, moist wound healing environment.Scope of Work: The Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC) has a brand- name requirement for six (6) 3M V.A.C Ulta Therapy Units. The contractor must deliver within thirty (30) days from the contract award date in coordination with the Point of Contact (POC) to the following Health Care Systems within VISN 4.Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1700 S.
