Short description: The purpose of the procurement is to ensure that as many of the inhabitants, public enterprises and traders as possible should be able to connect with good quality broadband networks. Troms and Finnmark County Municipality (TFFK) wish to allocate contract to Providers who assume total responsibility for design, construction, ownership and operation of broadband networks that are made available to residential properties, private industry and public companies in the relevant municipalities - see project areas Map in Appendix 1 - Overview of the individual municipalities' projects. NB It is the yellow balls within the shaded area that are eligible. Security funds in 2022 are awarded at the address level in this year's announcement.
