Short description: The purpose of the procurement is to ensure that as many of the citizens, public companies and businesses as possible should be able to connect with good quality broadband networks. Troms and Finnmark County Municipality (TFFK) want to allocate contracts to providers who assume total responsibility for the design, construction, ownership and operation of broadband networks that are made available to residential properties, private industry and public companies in the relevant municipalities - see project areas maps in attachments 1 - Overview of the individual municipalities' projects. NB It is the yellow balls within the shaded area that are eligible. Security funds in 2022 are awarded at the address level in this year's announcement. See Appendix 2 - Address list Troms and Finnmark Broadband Support scheme - 2022 Troms.In In addition to physical infrastructure, the best possible broadband offer for the end user will be established. This includes service networks with Internet access, monitoring, error correction, maintenance and operation, safety mechanisms, installation and other customer management.
