Description
The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with these specifications for USDA ARS Range Sheep Production Efficiency Research Unit in Dubois, ID. Bidder shall provide Base Bid pricing and Alternate pricing as defined in the contract documents.
Location:The site of work is at the USDA ARS Range Sheep Production Efficiency Research Unit, Dubois, ID
Principal of featured work:
Work will include complete demolition of all existing interior functions ie: all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and animalpens. Work will also removal and installation of new metal roofing with insulation, the removal and installation exteriormetal siding with new insulation. Reconfigured interior space will include 3 new workrooms, a chem lab, new electrical serviceand distribution, IT, Led lighting, access control, new HVAC, new plumbing, and new septic system.
