The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) is requesting proposals to provide installation, service, and repairs for Building Automation System (BAS) for the Minnesota Veterans Home - Minneapolis-s (“MVH-Minneapolis” or “MVH-M” or “Home”) located at 5101 Minnehaha Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55417. The contractor must provide full integration and supply the equipment and software required to complete the installation and programing to existing BAS. Pre-Proposal Meeting (MANDATORY). The pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for August 14, 2024, at 10:00 AM CT at the location listed in Section 3 of the Proposal Instructions and Additional Information. Registration is not required to attend the pre-proposal meeting. QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Tou Yang, Buyer, via email at Tou.D.Yang@state.mn.us by August 16, 2024, no later than 4:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
