Expression of Interest are invited for Building the Marginal Abatement Cost Curve behind NDC commitments

Description

The objectives of the assignment are to develop the Marginal Abatement Cost Curve (MACC) corresponding to Senegal's Nationally Determined Contribution. It should also provide the tools and assumptions for future updating. Specifically, it will :

- Identify and obtain MEDDTE and COMNACC approval for a list of relevant mitigation options by sector and sub-sector to be considered;

- Assess the mitigation potential of the suggested technologies in terms of GHG emissions, life cycle and implementation and operating costs; and

- Build the MACC by 2030 in close coordination with key stakeholders
