Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)
PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php170, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Bus Rental for the 2025 Team Building of PNOC EC Head Office Employees. The services shall be delivered on May 30-31, 2025 to PNOC EC, Building 1, Energy Center, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference for complete details.
Proposals together with the conformed Terms of Reference may be delivered to the address below or email at jccamino@pnoc-ec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before April 16, 2025, not later than 3:00 p. m. Late submission shall not be accepted.
