Item3: ( 912 - 23 ) 3A- Installation/Repair of a U-channel pole and road sign with VITRAN hardware (Rectangular 16"x24" aluminum sign is provided by VITRAN). Contractor to provide u-channel pole and stainless mounting hardware when needed. Installation in accordance with MUTCD standards (Field verification required).
Item4: ( 912 - 23 ) 4A- ALT Purchase of a solar panel kit that includes all the essential solar products needed to produce solar energy while ensuring compatibility. 310W solar panel with minimum 5-year warranty, UV Ray Protection, minimum lithium battery capacity of 2880Wh, (1) 8W LED & 2 FT Fixture (Atleast 1268 Lumens/LED Light), with roof/pole mounting rack depending on conditions, and a battery box with MPPT Charge Controller. The solar components are modular, allowing for independent replacement and must be in a tamper-proof enclosure. Contractor must also provide necessary wiring and addtional materials needed. Contractor must include proposed solar components.
