The Excellence and Creativity Authority announces a request for offers for the second time for the work, installation and operation of the second phase equipment of the Nanotechnology Research Center at the National Center for Excellence in Homs Governorate according to the books of technical, financial and legal conditions, knowing that the application for divisional offers and according to the following

Initial insurance: The initial insurance of the first device is determined by a broken amount /84, 000, 000 /S. And the initial insurance of the third device in an amount of 77, 000, 000/ S. seventy seven million Syrian pounds, and the initial insurance of the fourth device with a cut amount/ 10, 500, 000/ S. -Pay, according to a certified check, to order the Excellence and Creativity Commission, or a bank guarantee issued by the banks approved in the Syrian Arab Republic, according to the models approved by it, accept the appearance checks.
