BACKGROUND:

This synopsis/solicitation notice is a request for quotations for a Contractor to deliver Patient Waiting Chairs to Kayenta Health Center Dental Department.



The Navajo Area Indian Health Services, Kayenta Health Center is seeking a Contractor to deliver Patient Waiting Chairs. ** SEE attached product lists for more information.



Contractor shall provide the following chairs.

1. 15/each - Vinyl Guest Chairs. Colors: 5/Charcoal, 5/Burgundy, 5/Imperial Blue

2. 15/each - Bariatric Vinyl Chairs. Colors: 5/Charcoal, 5/Burgundy, 5/Imperial Blue





Estimated Delivery Date: February 28th, 2024

In accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, the Indian Health Service shall give preference at all times, as far as practicable, to Indian economic enterprises. EVALUATION CRITERIA:

This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award to the contractor(s) whose offer represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA); award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.
