The subject of the VZ is the purchase of a clear plexiglass price calculation table to be filled out and inserted back, see further information. appendix General information for suppliers.

The quality of the goods must correspond to the ČSN and the required parameters. The goods must not be damaged, they must have at least a 2-year warranty. VZ must be fulfilled jone time in the complete list of required items. The draft contract is part of the tender documentation. The winning company shall document an affidavit in accordance with Council Regulation (EU) No. 269/2014 and Council Regulation (EC) No. 765/2006 that its person or performance offered by it, including its subagents, are not subject to international sanctions, and that he is not a natural or legal person, entity or body included in the sanctions list.
