The Work Includes But Is Not Limited To The Removal Of 13 Existing Hcv / Evaporative Cooling And Heating Units From Classrooms Across Various Blocks At Byford Secondary College And Replacing With New Refrigerated Units. The New Refrigerated Units Are A Mixture Of Cassette Units, Fcu-S And Fans.Associated Electrical Upgrade Works Are Also Required To Feed The New Units, Including But Not Limited To:Resetting And Replacing Circuit Breakers And Upgrading Cablesrelocation Of Compressors And Circuit Breaker Adjustmentupgrading Main Circuit Breakerspossible Db Switchboard Replacement.Works Are To Be Completed By 31 January 2025, Before Term 1 Of 2025 Commences.
